Matthew Lillard teases his part in Mike Flanagan’s first non-horror work, The Life of Chuck. Adapted from Stephen King’s 2020 novella If It Bleeds, The Life of Chuck stars Tom Hiddleston in the title role along with Mark Hamill, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillan, and Jacob Tremblay. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival on September 6 but has yet to receive a worldwide distribution date. Lillard plays a construction worker who finds peace amid the chaos in a world that is falling apart.
