After an update from Warner Bros., Netflix’s release plan for The Chronicles Of Narnia remake looks even worse. Updates on Greta Gerwig’s Narnia have continued to be minimal ever since Netflix announced that it would be readapting the C.S. Lewis novels. Even so, speculation on how Gerwig will reinvent the story of the Pevensies and their adventures in Narnia after Disney’s attempt has abounded, keeping interest in the project alive. That interest, though, may be put in jeopardy as new obstacles to its success on the streaming platform present themselves.
