The Flash‘s Supergirl actor Sasha Calle explains how her friendship with Batgirl actor Leslie Grace helped her come to terms with her very brief time in the DCEU. Sasha Calle played an imprisoned, alternate-universe Kara Zor-El a.k.a. Supergirl in The Flash, where Barry Allen meets her while trying to locate Superman. Calle’s Supergirl was a highlight of The Flash, receiving plenty of praise for her performance, costume, and action scenes. However, the DCU reboot led to Sasha Calle’s Supergirl being replaced with Milly Alcock’s, who will make her debut in the DCU’s upcoming Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow, set for release in 2026.
