Indiana Jones & The Dial of Destiny sparked mixed reactions for many reasons, with one of the film’s most risky aspects being Indiana’s age. Focusing on an aging Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) could have been a significant misstep for the franchise. After all, the directors could have de-aged him the whole movie instead of just in the opening sequence.
