Ryan Reynolds looks to be returning as Deadpool right after Deadpool & Wolverine. Reynolds’ Merc With a Mouth was already a major success at Fox, but after having joined the Marvel Cinematic Universe, the character has seen his stock skyrocket. Deadpool & Wolverine has become the highest-grossing R-rated movie of all time, topping all of Reynolds’ Deadpool films and being regarded as one of the MCU’s best movies. Based on the movie’s universal praise, a Deadpool & Wolverine sequel is expected, though Reynolds seems to be putting back the suit before that happens.
