The sprawling cast of The Bold and the Beautiful continues to expand with the addition of a new Forrester in the mix. Electra Forrester, portrayed by Laneya Grace, makes her debut in the October 22 episode of the CBS soap opera and has already set the internet on buzz. Many fans hope that she will help reinvigorate the stumbling young-adult section of the narrative.

Who is Electra Forrester in The Bold and the Beautiful?
Electra Forrester is the niece of Ivy Forrester (Ashleigh Brewer), so we can assume that she is John Forrester’s (Fred Willard) granddaughter. John has another child besides Ivy. Jessica Forrester is John’s daughter with his former wife Maggie. Portrayed by Maitland Ward, Jessica hasn’t appeared in The Bold and the Beautiful since 1996. But given who Electra appears to be, she can be Jessica’s daughter. If that’s the case, her inclusion in the plot can potentially lead to Jessica’s return to the series.
As she is Ivy’s niece, Eric Forrester (John McCook), the patriarch of the family, is probably her granduncle. The Bold and the Beautiful spoilers for this week indicate that Electra could join Forrester Creations as an intern.
The spoilers also claim that she will accidentally bump into Will Spencer (Crew Morrow) in the hallway before she introduces herself to him.
