Star Trek: Lower Decks is back for its final season, and an exclusive New York Comic Con clip offers insight into one of the season’s major plotlines. The animated adult-oriented show began in 2020 and is currently housed on the Paramount+ streaming service. Despite a positive reception, the show is coming to an end this year. Lower Decks season 5 is expected to premiere on October 24 with two episodes, and it will then air weekly until the finale is released on December 19. The final episodes will focus on the crew taking down mysterious space potholes.
