Netflix’s Trouble not only walks through a thrilling crime drama but also features a set of well-written characters portrayed by talented actors. Directed by Jon Holmberg and co-written by Holmberg and Tapio Leopold, Trouble is a remake of a 1988 Swedish comedy, Strul. Despite dabbling with some serious themes surrounding criminal violence and moral corruption, Trouble does not take itself too seriously and unfolds more as a lighthearted comedy drama.
