Thunderbolts* may be about to introduce a character that can rewrite the entire history of the MCU if it adapts the comics closely. Thunderbolts* stars a team of struggling antiheroes and ex-villains teaming up under the purview of Valentina Allegra de Fontaine whose motives in assembling the team are to be revealed. This is just one of many mysteries surrounding the movie – with one of the most glaring being the nature of the asterisk in the title – but the recent Thunderbolts* trailer has at least brought a few things to light.
