The Terrifier movies have grown from cult micro-budget gruesome slashers into a franchise that has major audience appeal. While they are admittedly not for everyone, the films have established a great built-in fanbase that continues to grow with each installment. That can be seen with Terrifier 3‘s box office beating Joker 2, as audiences have chosen which clown movie sequel they want to see the most.
