New fan art shows Batman: Caped Crusader’s Oswalda Cobblepot in a style reminiscent of classic Batman comics. This iteration of the Penguin is unusual in that she’s female. Otherwise, she and her comic counterpart have a lot in common both aesthetically and personality-wise. They are both business people on the surface but crime bosses underneath. Though Oswalda’s version of the Iceberg Lounge is a missile-launching yacht, and she is a singer, so she might be just a bit cooler. Voiced by Minnie Driver, this version of the Penguin first appeared in the Batman: Caped Crusader episode, “In Treacherous Waters.”
