A Peaky Blinders show star has confirmed that they are returning for the upcoming film. Created by Steven Knight, the hit BBC crime drama first aired in 2013, chronicling the life and criminal career of gang-leader Tommy Shelby (Cillian Murphy) in early 1900s England. The series came to an end with season 6 in 2022, but a Peaky Blinders movie is confirmed to be moving forward at Netflix with Knight penning the script and Murphy reprising his role for a story set during World War II.
