Since it is a sports anime, people may not expect Blue Lock’s characters to have tragic backstories like a shonen anime might. Contrary to that belief though, many of Blue Lock’s characters were not always dealt the best hand in life and have struggled tremendously. These heroic soccer players have fought hard to become the players they are today, surpassing many of life’s hardest challenges.
