Given the recent Cheers remake announcement, there really seems to be no hope for the Frasier reboot’s biggest Cheers-related problem. Despite taking place in Boston, Massachusetts, which also served as the setting for Cheers, Frasier Crane (Kelsey Grammer) has yet to run into any of his old pals in the Frasier revival. For the most part, the Frasier reboot’s cast of characters also skirts around the original show’s ensemble, bringing in only a few familiar faces.
