Two episodes into Chicago PD season 12 and the Intelligence Unit still hasn’t found a permanent replacement for Hailey Upton, but that will soon change, and I’m confident about who is getting Upton’s job. The NBC police procedural series follows the law enforcement officers who comprise the aforementioned Intelligence Unit. In the beginning, Erin Lindsay held one of the detective positions on the team until Upton replaced her when Sophia Bush left Chicago PD after season 4. Following the season 11 finale, Upton is gone, too, and someone must take her place in Intelligence.
