Slitterhead has a convoluted, nonlinear narrative that can be confusing right up until the very end. Although the involvement of Team Silent alumni has caused it to be categorized primarily as a horror game. Slitterhead is secretly an action RPG with a time loop plot. The whole game takes place over three days, and players must repeatedly return to pivotal events in the story in order to avert tragedy or recruit new characters.
