Final Jeopardy Wagers and Winner for November 4
With a commanding lead, Greg adds another victory to his streak. Pretty much every contestant had the right answer, though one sadly crossed it out in frustration.
After the second round, Greg had $19,000 with a nearly $14,000 lead, so it didn’t particularly matter what he bet. That said, he came up with the right answer, adding a healthy $6,000 to his total, and becomes a 3-day champion with $75,002.
Lindsay came into the segment with $5,600, but she lost $2,201 after crossing out the right answer on her screen. Sadly, she ended up in last place with $3,399.
Brian fared better, adding a wagered $3,799 to his $3,800. His near double-up gave him $7,599 for second place.
Final Jeopardy Answer for November 4
The correct answer for Final Jeopardy on November 4, 2024 is “What is The Three Musketeers?’”
This shouldn’t be terribly difficult given how many times this famous 1844 adventure novel has been adapted. The three servants, whose names are pointedly French in the clue, should provide a hint to the title of the book it’s looking for.
The Three Musketeers by Alexandre Dumas was written in collaboration with ghostwriter Auguste Maquet and features a trio of protagonists, Athos, Porthos, and Aramis. In the story, D’Artagnan also hires Planchet as an additional servant.
