The FX horror mystery has had plenty of turns throughout its story, with Grotesquerie‘s biggest twist coming in episode 7, when it revealed everything that had happened up until that point was part of Lois’ (Nash-Betts) dreams. However, the end of season 1 sees Megan (Micaela Diamond) bring Lois to a crime scene similar to the Last Supper murder in her vision, where Charlie (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) has been crucified like Jesus.
