One of the most distinct mini-games introduced in The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom is the acorn-collecting frenzy that spans the entirety of Hyrule. For those who haven’t had the pleasure of experiencing it yet, each acorn collect-a-thon works as follows: along her travels, Zelda will occasionally come across a man in an acorn-shaped hat. He’ll ask her to collect a number of acorns in an enclosed area within a set amount of time. After clearing each acorn hunt, she’ll also have an opportunity to repeat it with a shorter time limit, in exchange for a greater reward.
