With Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes getting a sequel, the story of Noa (Owen Teague) and Mae (Freya Allan) can continue, expanding Caesar’s (Andy Serkis) universe and the Planet of the Apes timeline. Set many generations after Caesar’s tragic demise, the Planet of the Apes continuation follows Noa as his journey forces him to challenge everything he thought he knew. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes’ ending saw Mae and Noa make choices that could change the future of the apes and humans, to play out in the sequel.
