This is the Zodiac brings to light new evidence from the Seawater family, who knew chief suspect Arthur Leigh Allen intimately. As discussed in the Netflix documentary series, the new evidence indicates that Allen was present at all of the Zodiac’s known crime scenes, and also was close by for three additional, unsolved murders. However, one of the Zodiac’s attack victims who survived to tell the tale, Bryan C. Hartnell, was partly responsible for throwing the police off the Zodiac’s scent back in 1969.
