The Rig season 2 has revealed new information, including a first look. The Rig is a sci-fi thriller series about a group of Scottish oil rig workers who, right before a journey back to the mainland, are surrounded by a fog that contains supernatural forces. The series premiered on Prime Video in 2023 and had six episodes. It featured a leading cast including Emily Hampshire, Iain Glen, Molly Vevers, Abraham Popoola, Rochenda Sandall, Martin Compston, Owen Teale, Stuart McQuarrie, Calvin Demba, Mark Addy, Nikhil Parmar, and Richard Pepple.
