In its 92-minute runtime, Netflix’s Don’t Move not only walks through a compelling tale of grief and survival but also features some memorable character beats and performances. Directed by Adam Schindler and Brian Netto and co-produced by Sam Raimi, Don’t Move does not try to reinvent the survival thriller formula. Instead, it presents a familiar narrative where a woman, Iris, faces one obstacle after another as she struggles to survive. What makes her journey even more gripping is that she gets injected with a paralytic agent that slowly shuts her body down.
